Whilst at IDEO I lead a project with a Moon Creative Lab startup called Tennis Bear. It's a service that allows tennis players find and book available courts in Tokyo. The project was focused on enabling the startup founders to scale their product which meant exploring their branding, product experience and potential business opportunities.
