Every Quarter, the folks at IDEO Tokyo come together to reflect and celebrate on the previous 3 months of work and growth. We were at a state of needing calm and so I planned a theme of summer bloom. I experimented with using the puppet tool in After effects to bring a bit extra life to these simplistic flowers.
